“There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.”

Africa truly represents a wondrous diversity from its geography, climate, people, history, flora and fauna. We have visited some fantastic countries in the north and amazing places in the south with many places to experience in the middle. Americans are driven to tour Africa, the birthplace of Humans, for a variety of reasons including the its natural beauty, learning about their varied cultures and tribal history, observing animal life found no where else, and exploring areas seldom visited. It appeals to many and disappoints very few.
Many African countries for political and economic reasons remain "third world" while others have experienced amazing growth in the past thirty years. Look no further than South Africa and neighboring Namibia. These countries offer travelers so much in terms of amazing sites with the comforts of an up tempo modern society. (Wi-Fi, Uber, Starbucks and McDonald's everywhere.) Many countries like Egypt, Morocco, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, and Mozambique are best experienced as part of a group - the smaller the group the better! Our clients have ridden camels in front of the Great Pyramids, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, hiked the sand mountains of Namibia, walked the busy marketplace of Casablanca, photographed the wild life in South Africa and the Serengeti plains. More adventures to come. We have spent enough time in Africa to know we need to return. Having cruised and toured some parts there are so many more areas for us to explore. Our bucket list includes; the Doorway of No Return, the primates of Rwanda and Uganda, the ancient anthropology of Olduvai Gorge, the majesty of the Valley of the Kings, and the roaring waters of Victoria Falls. Like to join us; we will be happy to introduce you to the Splendors of Africa! |
